POLISHED STONE

ITEMS NEEDED:ALCOHOL INKS, AN APPLICATOR, GLOSSY PAPER,spray bottle of isopropyl alcohol-opt, KRYLON LEAFING PEN-OPT. To start I use the Adirondack Applicator, you can use some other holder and felt, pick 2 or 3 colors of alcohol inks and squeeze about 5 drops each on the felt but don't let them touch. So for example, if using 3 colors you should have 3 spots of ink on your applicator (each spot created by about 5 drops of ink). Next apply applicator to the glossy cardstock by pressing, moving to new spot and press again. Repeat this till cardstock is covered. If you want the "veins", you can apply gold, copper or silver leafing pen to the felt by pressing the pen onto the felt. Experiment by misting paper with Alcohol or spraying a little alcohol onto the applicator. It causes the ink to "move". There is no bad color combination. If you get something your not crazy about use it for punches. try leaves, etc.
